Specificity

Detects p38 MAP kinase only when dually phosphorylated at Thr180 and Tyr182. Does not cross-react with the corresp. phosphorylated forms of either p44/42 MAPK (ERK1/2) or SAPK/JNK. Does not detect non-phosphorylated p38 MAP kinase.
