The authors state that “perturbation of the transport of a limited set of proteins has been occasionally reported for other neurodegenerative diseases [than Alzheimer's].” In fact, we have shown that the anterograde transport of distinct cargos is impaired in our K369I tau transgenic K3 mice and in Alzheimer disease brain.
