This is a very exciting study. It should be discussed together with the recent paper from the Sisodia group (Lazarov et al., 2005). Is the effect seen in the Lazarov et al. study due to exercise alone? Alternatively, do exercise and environment enrichment enhance learning and reduce Aβ via an overlapping mechanism?
